Weekly Mums at Work Member News
Hello Member / Subscriber! It’s Bank Holiday Monday but here in Magherafelt, it’s raining hard with no notion of brightening up so I thought I would catch up on some members blogs and update the members directory listings!
And I created a FREE Goal setting Workbook for you to download to plan your success this Month – Includes Monthly, Weekly and Daily Planner Sheets!
Making the most out of Membership
I spent an hour (or slightly over) this morning talking to a new Mums at Work VIP Donna Fullerton. Donna is the owner of Curves in Magherafelt. Firstly, I wanted to find out all about her business. Secondly how Curves has changed over lockdown. Finally I wanted to know how she serves her clients.
We also discussed how she might make the most of her membership. As a result, we have drafted a blog post for our website, added her details to our member directory and came up with a plan to help her support local business members who support and refer her in return.. more to come on the blog soon! Excited!
In conclusion, if you would like to take advantage of a free discovery call to find out how to make the most out of VIP Membership or to see if it would benefit you, please just click on THIS LINK and select “Membership Discovery
The Member Directory has been updated and we have 4 new entries. Read all about Curves Magherafelt owned by Donna, Pretty Little Docs by Louise Ladd, MotherSoulCoach Julie-Anne Mullan and JFW Marketing owned by Julietta Watson.

Lorraine Moore and Lorraine’s Handbags
We asked Lorraine Moore all about her business making handbags.
“I started Lorraine’s Handbags in April 2017 and we are growing steadily. For a long-time, I had been making my handbags for family and friends, for special occasions like weddings, christenings, graduations, etc. It was suggested to me that because my handbags were bespoke and unique, that other people would be interested in them and that I should sell them” Read more here

“I come from a retail background working in a well known Health store Holland and Barrett where I did lots of training over the years on Vitamins, minerals, supplements & wellbeing products and loved learning all things health & nutrition however I wanted to start a career in the Beauty Industry doing nails from home, I always loved doing nails and a passion for other beauty treatments plus being at home meant I could be with my son, care for my dad who lived with me and have a better lifestyle for myself and my family.” Read more here
JFW Marketing and Julietta Watson
We asked Julietta Watson all about her business JFW Marketing
“I sort of fell into marketing because of my friend’s husband, who thought I’d have a knack for it with my background in TV and management consulting. After working for him for a year, I worked for a content repurposing agency and then started for myself. I act as a marketing consultant, social media manager, and content creator. That can mean I am writing podcast show notes one day, writing web copy or blog posts, planning a campaign, or coaching someone on social media.” Read more here
