Read all about the success story of Lorraine Grove

After a difficult time with my health, divorce, and redundancy I was looking for something holistic to get me back on track. I tried reflexology, loved it, and decided to train in it. Over the years adding more therapies to my toolkit. Same with Bowen Technique, I had heard a lot of positive feedback so gave it a go. It was incredible and helped me with back problems so off I decided to train in that too

Relfexions Holistic Therapies was started by Lorraine Grove.

Reflexions Holistic Therapies focuses on complementary therapists offering a wide range of treatments. These are mainly reflexology based but also adding in musculoskeletal and soft tissue work with the Bowen Technique. Using Holistic therapies to relieve pain, stress and help with general wellbeing
Our products are mostly reflexology based, including Facial reflexology, zone facelift, reflexology for lymph drainage (RLD), reflexology, and holistic facials using Hot Stones, Bowen Technique McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release (MSTR), and Indian Head Massage. I am also an Independent consultant for Neal’s Yard Organic Skincare.

I love being able to help people with a range of problems. Some directly pain-related and other times helping them with the stress that pain can bring to their body. Reducing stress and finding alternative ways to cope with anxiety. Zone facelift is an award-winning treatment that is the new holistic answer to Botox which is a fabulous addition to my business.

Who is the best asset in the business? Hopefully me! My training is 2nd to none, my enthusiasm to go the extra mile to help someone. Clients are given the best of me and my time. Relaxing atmosphere, flexible booking times, helpful home care. If I can’t help I will find someone who can. I am always researching and trying to find better ways to do things and improve my client’s offering with treatments and products.

Lorraine Grove: Advice for other Business Women

My word to those who wanted to start their businesses is that you have to follow your heart and if finances don’t permit it work alongside, while you train and build up your business. Don’t wait until you can afford to start.

People can find my business through:
my Website:
my Facebook: @refexionsholistictherapiesni
my Instagram: @reflexions_holistic_therapies

For sure, my biggest struggle is being able to afford to give up my day job and focus on my business full time. I had planned to drop days last year but with Covid, I have been so glad to still be able to work as my business has been closed most of the year. I have now applied to reduce my days at work so taking that leap of faith.
My biggest achievement is being able to build my business and continue training and adding in new therapies while working full-time in a large global bank. Also being able to work with a young couple struggling with fertility to help them conceive their first baby
During my free time, I used to play golf and sing in a couple of choirs.
