Hi my name is Katrina Lynch and I own The Gluten Free Patisserie. After working in the catering industry as a pastry chef for a number of years I decided to develop my own gluten free recipes to help those with coeliac disease, gluten intolerance and other dietary requirements.
My passion is baking and I firmly believe that those on a gluten free diet can enjoy baking once again. That’s why I’ve developed my recipes into a range of home baking mixes that are easy to use and taste delicious.
