free is upon us. And what a year to start with a fresh new approach to managing your menopause. Three strong women, who are walking the menopausal walk, have come together to provide you with an innovative workshop that will give you tools, tips and techniques to manage your menopause and put you back in the driving seat of your life.

Covering three commonly reported issues that are causing frustration during the menopause, we will focus on:

What you can do to build strength, condition and improve your physical health – things you can do practically at home. Led by Anne Orr, BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy and Musculoskeletal Specialist, you will leave knowing what you need to do to maintain good physical health.

What you are putting into your body and what you can do to achieve maximum nutrition to support your health and wellbeing. Led by Aine Boyle, Chef and Registered Nutritional Therapist mBANT & CNHC, this part of the event will support you to make changes to your diet for good physical and mental health.

What you can do to improve your emotional health – overcome negative thinking, how to manage your frustration and motivation. Led by Siobhan Kearney, MGHT and Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, you will go away feeling more in control of your emotions

You will leave this unique event feeling equipped and empowered to embark on this new chapter of your life as a happier and healthier YOU.
